If you have forgotten the password to your Sylo account, we can help you to get back up and running.

To request a new password, you will need to know the email address that you registered when you first signed up to Sylo.

If you no longer have access to that email address or have forgotten which email you used when you first registered, please lodge a ticket with our support team by clicking here.

Note: If you haven't forgotten your password, but would like to change it, see 'How do I change my Password?'

1 - Open your Sylo app and click 'Forgot Password?' (located below the password input field).

2 - Enter your email in the field provided and press 'Request new password'.

3 - This will email you reset password instructions. Check your email and click the 'Reset Password' button.

4 - This will take you to the reset password page, where you will need to choose a new password and click the 'Reset Password' button. When completed, you will be shown the message 'Password Reset Successfully'. You can now go and login to the Sylo application with your new password.
