Traditional communication software stores the content of your conversations in the cloud. Sylo doesn't. Our software operates through peer to peer technology which enables two users to communicate directly (device to device) without the need to host the content of communications on our servers. This way, none of your communications content is ever stored in a third party location, reducing the associated security risks. Although aspects of the Sylo membership database and signalers use centralized technologies, communications in Sylo sessions are 100% end to end encrypted and delivered content isn't stored in a third party location.
